We had to wait a few minutes while our membership processed through the system, but no big deal there. We are willing to wait if the Bingo is worth it.

We did run into one problem when trying to run the games on a Mac system. First we have to say that we are very glad that Virgin supports Mac users, this is an ever growing segment of the population that doesn’t need to be blocked out of the fun. The problem that we had was that until we switched from Safari to Internet Explorer we could not get the games to work. When we did go with Internet Explorer then everything was fine, but this is a step that most players just don’t know to take. We hope that Virgin is working to either point this out in their published user information or, better yet, fix the problem.
