Winzingo Bingo
As we sit around the office each day going through different reviews we like to toss around what we would do. You know, play the old game of, “If this was my site.” One thing that always gets us stuck is what to call it. There are just so many halls out there that all the really great names and spellings are already spoken for. Someone at Winzingo Bingo must be much more creative than we are, because this is one new name that we love. How can you not just grin at a moniker the combines winning and Bingo with a little zing? We hope that their games have the same spice.
Winzingo Bingo is a part of the much larger TGN, The Gaming Network. TGN is responsible for some of the biggest names in virtual gaming, the Irish site Paddy Power, just to name one. It just makes you feel good knowing that a highly reputable company like TGN is working behind the scenes on your security. Knowing that you’re guaranteed a secure environment can go a long way towards decided on your online Bingo home.
We showed up at Winzingo Bingo expecting all the bells and whistles a name like that implies. What we found felt more like the parties over than just heating up. The whole place looked and felt a bit like a construction zone if you want the truth of the matter. This bare bones design did however lend itself to very straightforward navigation. Finding the new member section was a breeze. In fact, the time we spent there coupled with our lovely experience interacting with the CMs made us very hopeful about the overall future for Winzingo Bingo.
Have you ever heard of the Parlay Entertainment software? Maybe, maybe not, but chances are that if you have spent anytime at all in online Bingo halls then you have at least sampled their product. Parlay is a very nice non-downloading package that delivers a crisp, quick loading experience every time. We are happy to inform you that Winzingo Bingo uses Parlay to run their 75 and 90-ball Bingo. This unexpected move is a far cry from the quality we were met with on the welcome page. Parlay loads all your necessary functions into one convenient page so you never have to toggle between screens for what you are looking for. This is especially helpful when it comes to the chat functions. As no hall worth its salt would be caught dead without a healthy set of chat rooms this is a very important feature. At Winzingo we found that we were never lonely no matter which room we visited. The chat was lively, players a riot, and the CMs calmly oversaw it all. This is a great way to keep that wonderful social component of Bingo alive and well in a virtual world. If you find yourself waiting for a game to start, then make sure to check out the Casino section of Winzingo Bingo. The games here are very well delivered as well as very addicting. What else could you ask for?
An alluring set of promotions is so good to see because it breaks up the day in day out monotony of the same games again and again. This way players feel as though they are working toward a goal rather than just spinning their wheels. If a player goes too long between wins of any kind then they will grow bored with a hall and move on. Winzingo is doing a very lovely job making sure things never get stale. One promotion that we really like is that every week players have the chance to turn in their ideas for a future prize. Winzingo gets to constantly survey the interests of their customers, and the costumers have something to look forward to.
Customer support may be available through e-mail and phone, but you need to read the small print. If you need answers now, live support is only an option Monday thru Friday, 9 to 5. So make sure you know what time it is before you try to call. While when we spoke with support staff they were very helpful with everything we needed, we need them to be there to be helpful. Most all of Winzingo’s competition offers some form of live customer support at all hours day or night. These halls never close and neither should this very key feature.
So, is Winzingo Bingo where you should head when looking to spend you Bingo Buck? Well that is a tricky question. This hall has so much potential. They are truly showing brief flashes of genius in several key areas. However there are some real changes and improvements that need to be made. Over time, this draft version may well flourish into a true masterpiece. You just have to decide if you want to watch it happen or just sneak in at the end. The important thing though is the Bingo is great. And isn’t that what were all here for in the end?
