But a bigger button with brighter colors might help other new players not to have this problem.

Since this is a company based right here in the UK, it would be nice to have a phone option for customer service. The lack of one is even more glaring because phone support is offerd to all US customers. Next, when we set everything up on a Mac, the product did run, it just didn’t look the same. It was like the visuals were programmed to different dimensions than they actually had. And this may seem petty, but is there really a need for all those pop-up on the home page? You are libel to drive potential customers away just because they can’t deal with the hassle.

In the grand scheme of things these are all small issues. What really matters is how enjoyable the site is and how well can they deliver a great game of Bingo. If you just take the time to check things out for yourself we think you’ll be more than just impressed. Jackpotjoy always keeps the needs and wants of the customers first. They do a great job remembering the fact that it is the players who make the hall, not the other way around.
