Getminted Bingo

Even if you have found your Bingo home, there are always those trying to tempt you into a vacation spot. Players have a lot to choose from in this day and age, and they simply do not have to settle for average. Getminted Bingo hopes that you will find your dream home with them, and they will go the extra mile to see that you do.

Right from the start Getminted is able to break away from the pack. Being a part of the GlobalCom network will do that for you. GlobalCom just has so much to offer players that it is hard to find a better deal. One of our favorite parts is their wonderful reputation for security. They work very hard at this so you don’t have to.

When launching a new site, the owners have to keep in mind that they are hoping to attract all kinds of people to their world. This includes those users still working with older slower connection speeds. Getminted Bingo really stands out in this area because their site is both pleasing to the eye while not hampering dial-up users. The site is very neat and orderly in design making the new user feel like and old pro in a matter of minutes.

As much as we love that good first impression, there has to be something else to back it up or we find ourselves bored in no time. Getminted made sure that wouldn’t be a problem. Once you are in their world, they want things to be as easy as possible so that you’ll want to stay. Just in case you find yourself with a question they have created a great “Get Started,” page that we found to be top shelf. With such a great guide system in place we were sad that there was not a good guide to the main attraction, Bingo. It is a small thing but we still like to see all the bases covered. For example, Getminted does a great job of outlining load times for dial-up users. With games loading in about two minutes these users should be pleased.

Registration proved to be quick and to the point. We noticed that they asked a couple extra questions, but we did not notice that it added any additional time to the process. While we were working our way through we did find that players have the option of several different currency choices for their account. This is a nice feature that we’re sure some users are very glad to see.

Now that registration is over, and we are all brushed up on our getting started reading we are ready and willing to play some Bingo. Unfortunately that might prove a bit more difficult than we had originally thought. At first we really liked the visual aspects of the site, but now they are making it very difficult for us to get in a Bingo kind of mood. All the right pieces are here, the great Bingo, the chat rooms, and some very fun instant win games, but there is no life in them. At some point it is nice to have the bells and whistles that make things exciting. And our other favorite thing about this hall has been how extremely detailed and easy the navigation is. Well, not anymore. Getting in to the game was fine; it was getting out that proved difficult. First we made a try for the exit button; it was almost glowing the way it called to us. But no matter how many times we pushed it, absolutely nothing happened. This was not good. So we had to find a plan B that included our computer still in working order. We searched around for more than a few minutes before we lucked on to this miniscule little link that allowed us to switch games. As the point of Bingo is to have fun, we don’t think this amount of frustration should be part of the deal. We also found that there was no option for watching any of the games. Yes, this is a strange thing to fuss about, who would want to watch Bingo, but we do have a reason. There is still no guide for first time players. If they could at least watch the games they could form a pretty good idea of what’s expected before they spend any money. We know that the cards are very reasonable at a mere 10p, but everyone should get a chance to have a learning curve.

The customer service team at Getminted proved to be a breath of fresh air. They answered our e-mails in a timely manner with very useful information. We would like to see more choices for customer service as right now e-mail remains the only form available. After that pit stop we took our time sorting through the rest of the site. Somehow we ended up on a completely different Getminted page. When we hit the Getminted Bingo link it did not return us from where we came, but dropped us off at Foxy Bingo. Not a bad site, but also not what we were after.

Getminted Bingo has a lot to offer in the way of a quality game of Bingo. They may be a bit rough around the edges but most of their problems are very easily fixed. Their dedication to customer service tells us that they are very likely to listen to what you the player have to say. If a laid back style with great chat and nice jackpots are your idea of a Bingo blast, check it out. This might be just the place for you.
