Ladbrokes Bingo
Security, integrity, and discretion, these are words that every company should learn to live by. Most say that they are always a high priority, but often times these statements turn out to be nothing more than your average PR fluff. Well, with Ladbrokes this is a message they really take to heart. The company has built its self up over the years mostly on its reputation for providing the security players need coupled with the services they want. A winning combination if you ask us. And apparently others agree if the two thousand real world betting halls owned and operated by Ladbrokes in the UK are any indication. While we absolutely love the fact that they do all the work while we just get to play, there still has to be more. You see Ladbrokes is new in the online Bingo world, and if they can’t deliver us a solid game every time, then we just have no use for them.
When you arrive at Ladbrokes home page, you immediately notice a very prominent link entitled, “Games.” Obviously this is where we need to be so with a click we whisk ourselves away to see what temptations are offered here. Immediately we found ourselves slammed with a plethora of bells and whistles little of which had anything to do with Bingo. What we discovered is that Ladbrokes is much more of an online casino than an online Bingo hall. Yes the Bingo is there for you to partake in; you just have to sort through everything else to find it. We are sure that there is a group of people out there to whom this style of page appeals, but we just want our Bingo. We really don’t need the Roulette and Slots and Backgammon and everything else to go with it.
So we have to get over our first impression and move on. What we need now is a good feel for the site and what their games have to offer. So we went in search of information to guide us. Unfortunately we didn’t really find anything. There is a pitifully small amount of info to begin with and the actual Bingo guide was just sad. What really frustrated us though was that the “Help,” link turned out to be a road to nowhere. The only information that got us was that that particular page was experiencing a “404 Error.” Not what we were looking for. It is no question that’s a temporary thing, and has most likely already been taken care of, but really does knowing that do us any good? We do know that Ladbrokes offers several customer service options that are always available to their players. We found it a bit strange though that Ladbrokes Bingo fails to provide live chat help when Ladbrokes Casino does. Overall this whole area needs significant amounts of work just to bring it up to par. Ladbrokes needs to really think about their customers and provide options that are real and helpful to them.
No matter how disappointed we had been up to this point, we still held out hope for the games. After all this is Ladbrokes we are talking about not just some John Doe right off the streets. Well ladies and gentlemen we are very pleased to announce that was one are where we were not disappointed. Ladbrokes does themselves proud in this area and serves up some first rate Bingo on all counts. The game was high energy and vibrant, and the chat just added to the experience. We also enjoyed our interaction with the CMs and felt that they really added to the overall experience rather than detracting from it. When you finish your registration process you find that you know have access not only to Ladbrokes Bingo, but to all the sites under their control. We have to admit this streamlines things quite a bit which is something we can really appreciate.
At this point the way we feel about Ladbrokes Bingo has everything to do with what we see that they could be, a very little to do with what they are. Think of this site like you would a work in progress. Ladbrokes has never done Bingo before and they need some time to work out the kinks and really hit the nail on the head. If all you need is the Bingo then give it a try, you might love it there. But if you are after all the little extras that really make a site special, then they will need some time before they get there. What ever you do, don’t write them off. Ladbrokes is not one to settle and this site will be first rate in no time.
