Well we quickly found out that apparently we were the only ones not familiar with this growing giant. This shouldn’t have surprised us seeing as how they are the most popular site and all, but still. Jackpotjoy has quickly grown in popularity with both the young and the young at heart. They are owned by a company called Gamesys who is doing their far share of shaking things up on their end as well. In what seemed like a matter of months, Gamesys went from a “virtual” nobody to winning eGaming Review’s “Soft Gaming Operator of the Year” award in 2004. When they followed that up with Jackpotpoy’s ’05 victory people started to pay attention. All this corporate maneuvering means nothing to the players though. What matters to them is a safe playing environment that serves their favorite dish. Jackpotjoy can deliver on this promise, with Gamesys’s blessing.
Jackpotjoy serves up a delectable serving of options right from the home page. New players are able to see a nice sample of what the hall offers with out ever making the first click. No matter what your passion we are sure you will find something here. Personally we had a hard time breaking away from the progressive jackpot counters; something about those moving numbers is just plain addicting. All we needed to do was see those totals and we were ready for some high energy Bingo at its best.
We need to point out here that while registration itself was super easy, finding it was not. With all the pomp and circumstance this places oozes you think they might build a link with a little more flair. In fact it took us longer to find the page than it did to register. Good for the registration process, very bad for navigation.

On the downside, Jackpotjoy does not currently offer phone support for its European customers, even right here at home in the UK. The odd part about this is that they do offer free phone based customer service to all US customers. Also, we found that when we tried to load the games using a combination of Internet Explorer on a Mac computer it didn’t work just right. It looked like the graphics couldn’t figure out how they were supposed to fit on the page. Last, but in our eye certainly not least, lose the pop-ups. All they do is annoy your users.
If Bingo is what you’re after, then Jackpotjoy has what you need. They offer their users a world class game in a first rate package. In short we couldn’t ask for anything more on that front. Yes, we did find some areas for improvement, but that is to be expected, no ones perfect.
